MEET JAMIE HENCE

Jamie discovered his gift 21 years ago when he began coaching track & field and football both at the collegiate and high school levels. 

 

Due to his innate ability to understand what his clients need to succeed and reach their goals, he began personal training in Ohio where his results have proven successful in weight loss, athletic performance and overall total body fitness. He has been personal training for 15 years and maintains an active clientele in Central Ohio.

Mission Statement

My passion is to help my clients reach total body fitness while specializing in their individual areas of concern. I focus on building a good relationship and accurately assessing the client to help them improve mentally and physically.  I push my clients to areas of athleticism that will help them achieve their goals. I listen to my clients regarding the areas of improvement they want and work with them to accomplish their goals. Working hard and having fun is the best way to be successful.
